i dont know the name of the artists, but you can find those paintings seaching for "journey to the west book"
I have one of those books from the 70s i guess and the design with the scarf and the tiger waistcloth is shown there.

Nice detail with Salad Fingers creepily interacting with ENA as both represent the site's surrealist 'toons(one's more based on horror while the other is based on the abstract and nostalgia). Also, Gogo's inclusion is welcome, she's basically an NG star by now!
